Stevie Baggs is a defensive end for the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He was signed by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2004 after a tremendous college football career at Bethune-Cookman.
Baggs was a Three-time All-American and a three-time All Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference selection. In college he set a school record with 40 career sacks and was named MEAC Defensive Player of the Year and SBN/Mel Blount Defensive Player of the Year, awards previously won by the likes of Michael Strahan, Harry Carson, Robert Porcher, Earl Holmes and Rasheen Mathis. In his senior season in 2003, Baggs led all Division I-AA players in tackles for loss with 40.
In 2009 for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL, Baggs was a one man wrecking crew leading the team to the Grey Cup. Baggs was named a West Division All-Star after setting career-highs in starts (18), sacks (league-high 12), tackles (55), forced fumbles (4), INTs (1) and fumble recoveries (2) and was named Defensive Player of the Month for August. In the Roughrider's opening week of the season he registered two tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery and was named the CFL’s Defensive Player of the Week. In week 2, he registered his first career INT as well as a sack. Six weeks later he earned CFL Defensive Player of the Week honors again by totaling 10 tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble. In week 15, he recorded seven tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and was named Defensive Player of the Week. He capped off his monster season by registering two tackles and one sack in the Roughrider's Grey Cup loss to the Montreal Alouettes.
Baggs was signed by the Ticats after signing as a free agent on September 16 and played in 7 games. He made his Ticats debut on September 25 against Saskatchewan. He made an immediate impact and was named the CFL’s Defensive Player of the Month for October and earned Defensive Player of the Week honors for weeks 16 and 17 when he returned a fumble for a touchdown on October 3 against Edmonton and Oct. 22 against Montreal. Baggs is well known by his teammates and the CFL as "Shakespere" for his amazing ability to always be around the ball and make big plays.

He actually wore it in a game but ended up changing to back to his Riddell helmet therefore we are selling as a game issued helmet. This awesome helmet features a black background with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats leaping tiger logo. There are XL Thick and Xenith Warning Stickers on the inside of the helmet as well as protective cushioning. There are four decals on the back including CFL logo, his #55 and the Canada Flag. This beautiful helmet also comes with Baggs chin strap.

"Shakespere" wore the featured performance wristbands on his arms during his huge season with the Roughriders in 2009 when he led them to the Grey Cup. The white under armour cfl wristbands show good use and have been signed in black and he has added his Roughrider's #55.
