Tiquan Underwood is a wide receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Jaguars in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He played college football for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
Underwood enjoyed a great career at Rutgers and was named the team captain in 2008. After the season, he was awarded the Loyal Knight Award which honored the player whose character and dedication proved resilient in his pursuit of excellence. He had an outstanding junior year catching 65 passes for 1100 yards.
The speedy wide receiver had 8 receptions for 111 yards for the Jaguars in 2010.With Underwood’s good measurables, work ethic and intangibles he should contribute to the Jaguar’s success in 2011.
