Indigo Diaz is a pitcher in the New York Yankees Organization. Diaz also starred for Team Canada in the 2023 World Baseball Classic. (WBC) A native of North Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Diaz was originally selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 27th round of the 2019 First-Year Player Draft. Diaz played college baseball at Michigan State University.

The featured grey and black Nike Slides were worn by Indigo Diaz around the clubhouse in 2025 as a member of the Somerset Patriots. The Somerset Patriots are an American Minor League Baseball team based in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey, that is the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. In 2025, Diaz went 8-3 with a 2.58 ERA. Diaz signed the Slides and added “GO YANKEES!” in black.
