Cody Milligan is a second baseman in the Atlanta Braves Organization. He was drafted in the 9th round (277th overall) by the Atlanta Braves in 2019 (signed for $197,500) Milligan played for Binger-Oney High School in Oklahoma and led them to back-to-back Class A state championships as a junior and senior. As a senior, he hit .571 with 10 home runs and 49 RBIs. Milligan was named a 2017 MaxPreps Small Schools All-American and recruited by Little Rock, Kentucky, Oral Roberts, Central Arkansas and Texas Tech. He ultimately decided on Oklahoma State University.

Milligan played in 68 Games with the Mississippi Braves, the former Double-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. (They are currently the Columbus Clingstones) The talented infielder hit .271 and collected 74 Hits, scored 37 runs and stole 14 bases for the Braves.
