Korey Bosworth

Korey Bosworth is a linebacker with the Detroit Lions. Bosworth played football for the UCLA Bruins where he enjoyed a very successful college career.

Bosworth was a Starter in all 13 games for the Bruins in 2009. He ranked third on the team with 14.0 tackles for loss (T-6th in Pac-10) and second on the team with five passes defensed. His Defensive efforts led to him being named Co-Winner of UCLA’s Jerry Long “Heart” Award.” Against Oregon, he had seven tackles and a career-best 3.0 for loss. At Oregon State, he was credited with career-best eight tackles, one sack and another stop for a loss. He also played huge in the UCLA Bruins Bowl Win over Temple with 6 stops, 2 for a loss. Bosworth is a high character guy who is hard working, relentless and plays to the whistle blows.
