The Greenville Drive beat Rome 9-2. In addition to Thirsty Thursday ($2 12oz domestic draft beer and fountain drinks) and Wing Night (discounted wings available from the pizza stand on the third base concourse) the Rome Braves gave away this dynamite Freddie Freeman MV-Free edition bobbleheads. (Presented by Redmond Regional Medical Center) The Bobblehead is brand new and was only opened to photograph. The Bobblehead was obtained directly from Riley Delgado, who played on the 2021 Rome Braves.
Freddie Freeman is a first baseman for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB). Previously, Freeman played for the Atlanta Braves for 12 seasons. He made his MLB debut in 2010 and is a six-time MLB All-Star. Freeman won a Gold Glove Award in 2018, the Silver Slugger Award in 2019, 2020 and 2021, and the National League’s Most Valuable Player Award in 2020. Freeman won the 2021 World Series over the Houston Astros as a member of the Braves. After 12 seasons with the Braves, he entered free agency and then signed a six-year, $162 million contract with the Dodgers.
